As you get ready to head to your event, you should print out a Participation agreement. If you are younger than 18, you should print out a Participation agreement YOUTH agreement instead. Don’t worry, if you forget, we will have some at the event as well.
If you are going to collect any cash or checks, print out our Charitable gifts and donations tracker and keep track of those nice people who gave you money. Then, put the list, along with the cash or checks into an envelope and we will make sure that they get a receipt for their donation.
